This hotel is in a great location, near Chang'an Avenue and connected to a large shopping center. It is also close to the business center, making it convenient for business guests. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. Additionally, the hotel has facilities such as a fitness center and tennis court, providing extra perks for guests.

One downside is that the hotel rooms do not offer a good view.

During our stay in the heart of the city, we were pleased with the hotel's central location. We were surrounded by a multitude of restaurants and had easy access to public transportation, including the nearby subway. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.

Communicating in English with the staff was occasionally challenging, making it difficult to fully understand certain details or requests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Beijing. The cleanliness of the room and all other areas was perfect. The hotel facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and spa, were fantastic. The location in the center of the China World Center, next to a massive shopping complex, was convenient. We loved being able to explore the seven levels of high-end shops in the underground shopping complex.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with easy access to a variety of activities and attractions. The view from the hotel was fine, showcasing the unique and modern architecture of the city. The nearby subway station and proximity to Tiananmen Square made exploring Beijing easy.

Excellent food, good service, elegant lobby with live musicians, convenient location next to a mall and Metro. Perfect for experienced travelers.

The breakfast buffet offers a diverse range of foods for various cultures. The restaurant has a budget-friendly unlimited drink package for lunch and dinner. Happy hour is available for those who choose the Horizon Club option. The staff are friendly and despite limited English, they are accommodating. The location is convenient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. We enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment at the stunning wellness centre, which had a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant's breakfast. While the food was good, the long wait for service decreased the satisfaction of the experience.
